bang · the fine print

terms of use

draft, needs counsel review. this is a working draft, not final legal text. last updated nov 7, 2026.

what bang is

bang is software that helps you create and trade memecoins on Solana, built on Raydium. bang builds unsigned transactions; you sign them with your own wallet. bang does not hold your funds or keys, and does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian or adviser.

who can use it

you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and allowed to use crypto software there. you may not use bang if you are in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list, or where using it would break local law.

your wallet, your transactions

you are responsible for your wallet, its keys and every transaction you sign. on-chain transactions can't be reversed by bang.

one post, one coin

each X or Reddit post can be launched once on bang. a launch claims the post in bang's registry. bang can't stop the same post being launched on other platforms.

what you post

you are responsible for the coins you launch, their names, images and descriptions, and for what you write in coin chats. don't launch or post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing or deceptive, or that impersonates someone. bang may hide coins, images or messages from its pages and may block wallets that break these rules. this does not change anything on-chain.

ai suggestions

post → banger suggestions are generated automatically. they can be wrong, unoriginal or unsuitable. check them before you launch.

fees

trades on the bonding curve pay a fee, shown before you sign. network fees go to Solana validators.

no advice, no warranty

nothing on bang is financial, legal or tax advice. bang is provided as is, without warranties. to the extent the law allows, bang is not liable for losses from using it, including losses from price moves, bugs, network outages or third-party platforms. read the risk page.
